Orange is the story of a young woman at a crossroad in her life. Orphaned in her teen years she has spent the last 8 years running her own magazine that is about to go national and she has to decide if that is what she really wants.The great dialogue between the characters, ranging from popular culture and modern music to the same fears and dreams we all face, really made the book for me. It reminded me of the dialogue in The Breakfast Club, only more mature. Dan C. -reviewer

Fall On Me picks up where Orange left off.Demen owns a successful magazine. She's business savvy, but makes poor choices in men. Her best friend, Karyn, is in an abusive relationship, which leaves her feeling helpless in trying to support her. Patience is hard to come by with Karyn, but necessary. She sees Dollar in a new light when he defends her from an unwelcome pass with his newfound strength and maturity. She runs into Bob again, only this time she knows what she wants, and it's not him.

World, Other World
In this collection of short stories by author Simon Just we find that things are not always as they seem. The binding of the book, with its two-cover, flip-book format, is our first hint. Once inside, the stories show us memories, relationships, reality, even sleep, turned on-end and twisted to an angle we rarely get the opportunity to view.
World, Other World, is an easy read with fourteen - at times familiar, at times strange - stories. The stories in the World side are general fiction and intriguing for any reader. The Other World stories, though speculative fiction, have characters and situations universal enough to make the non-science-fiction reader comfortable.
This collection would do well in the hands of those with short attention spans, travelers who would like something not too involving for plane trips, and those who wish they could read more, but do not have the time for a large novel.
